OrderingPlacing an order is quite easy: just click “ADD TO CART’ on your selected style. You can find this button below the size range. Your item will then be added to the cart. You can find your cart at the top right of your screen. Subsequently you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. In your shopping cart you can review, change or delete your order. You don’t need an account to order in our web shop. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.
PaymentOnce you have completed the checkout page you need to agree with the terms and conditions to get redirected to the payment page. We accept multiple payment methods, like iDEAL, PayPal, Credit card, Mister Cash and SOFORT Banking.
DeliveryShipments to countries within Europe are free of charge, with the exception of Norway and Switzerland. If you place your order before 15.00h CET in the afternoon, your order will be shipped out the same day with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays.
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so that you can follow the delivery online. Feel free to contact our Customer Service if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
If for whatever reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. This is called the grace period.
Please send to us the following regarding your refund:
- • • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
- • • To complete your return, we require a completed return form
- • • The original invoice you have received when delivered
- • • The name and account number for returning the refund amount. Please write this down on the original invoice.

We will refund the purchase price within ten working days to your account number. Returning your order via post or courier is at your own expense. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, write down the correct size on your original invoice. Once we have received your return, we will ship the new item(s).
