Shipping & Returns

Shipping information : 

• Orders to The Netherlands, placed before 15:00 PM, next day delivery.
• Orders to Germany and Belgium placed before 15:00 PM, delivery in 1-2 days.
• Orders to the rest of Europe usually have a delivery time of 2-5 working days. 

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days.
• Make sure the items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and labels attached.
• If you want to exchange your Blue LOOP Originals item, write clearly which item you'd like in exchange.
• Please note that processing your return/exchange can take a couple of working days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.
